Neil Churchill is an award-winning insurance broker and entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in the Property Casualty & Life Insurance Industry. He is the Founder & CEO of Churchill & Associates Insurance Services, Inc., a full service insurance brokerage that specializes in program business.
Neil’s career began at Federated Insurance in 1999 in the Marketing Director Training (MDT) program. Neil completed the 7 month extensive insurance training program and enjoyed 6 successful years in the field, winning 4 Presidents/Chairman Councils and 5 Big Hitter awards. In 2007, Neil elected to take a risk by joining Millennium Corporate Solutions as Vice President, Property Casualty. Neil learned the brokerage world for two years until starting his first Insurance Brokerage, Westlake Risk & Insurance Services, Inc. in 2009. Westlake Risk was a full-service insurance brokerage that offered a plethora of client services. After successfully growing Westlake Risk from a $500,000 revenue agency to almost $2,000,000 in revenue over 4.5 years, Neil sold his shares in 2014.
In May 2014, Neil launched his second insurance brokerage, Churchill & Associates Insurance Services, Inc. Churchill & Associates is a full service insurance brokerage with access to limited insurance programs including, but not limited to Energy/Oil construction, Oil-related transportation, Landscaping, construction, hospitality/entertainment and food manufacturing industries. His agency specializes in workers compensation, property and casualty, employee benefits, life insurance, bonds and professional lines of insurance. In an effort to better serve their clients on a national level, on January 1st, 2019, Churchill & Associates Insurance Services merged with 16 Insurance Agencies to Found Patriot Growth Insurance Services, LLC. Patriot Growth is a National Insurance Brokerage that offers its clients the same culture and personal touch of a small family agency.
Churchill & Associates has a full staff that handles HR, claims and everyday service needs. Neil’s company enables business owners to run their businesses while mitigating their business and personal risk and saving them premium dollars through limited-access insurance programs and work comp claims management.
In his spare time, Neil enjoys being with family and friends, coaching his kids and being involved in the community. Community involvements include serving on the board of directors for the Boys & Girls Club of Las Virgenes and Conejo Valley as well as serving on the board for the Conejo Valley YMCA.
